Tim Kearney has over 25 years of experience building digital products and the teams that design and ship them. Based out of Chicago, he’s currently a Managing Partner within the technology consulting division of Media.Monks. After a long tenure as a software engineer and architect at multiple startups, he also led product and delivery engagements as a Principal Consultant at Devbridge and Cognizant and with his own firm as an outside consultant at BCG.
I’m a curious problem solver with a creative bent and a love for teaching and mentoring. I was fortunate to work in entrepreneurial settings early in my career, which helped me develop a sense of ownership over what we were building and why we were building it. I get great satisfaction in collaborating with peers, facilitating conversations, and teaching others what I have learned over the years.

An online lead generation network and publisher focused on the education vertical, NextWave launched MyFreeDegree, a financial aid search site, in 2003, and JobsOnline, a job board and resume hosting application, in 2006. JobsOnline grew to be a Top-1000 Internet site based on daily traffic, per Alexa.

Outside of work, I live with my wife and kids in the Northcenter area of Chicago. I’m an avid Notre Dame and Chicago Cubs fan.
